Hello & Happy Fall to all.!! We all have that favorite time of year, a season where we find ourselves eager to invite vibrant colors and textures into our homes… Well Autumn is definitely a top contender in mine!
Its that time of year to get into that Pumpkin picking, Latte sipping and Sweater wearing mood! Creating a space in your home that represents all the beauty of Autumn, while keeping it simple and inexpensive.
My fall look was created by reusing some fall items that I stored from the previous year, some new purchased items and some very simple and easy DIY fall decor projects.
Like every holiday there are things you can reuse from previous years and simple DIYs, but sometimes cute little finds are too hard to pass up. Here are a few things that I purchased to add to my existing Fall decor!

Use existing decorative items in your home, rather than replacing them to keep you right on budget!! I keep this old vintage window and a set of barn house shutters up all year long. I just add some fall colored florals and a simple harvest sign to redesign it into the current season.
By adding an autumn scented candle burner and a Fall inspired throw blanket for fall chilly nights, you can create a cozy little nook for reading and enjoying a cup of your favorite fall flavored Coffee or Tea.
These sweet little pumpkins were made from nothing other than 18×18 pieces of material, rolls of toilet paper, pieces of branches from my backyard and leaves from my spring foliage.
A simple way to reuse an item you already have and bring attention to a seasonal item is to add a saying or quote you already have around the house and set it beside the item you want to highlight in your decor.
Create an Autumn sign that can be reused each Fall Season. I repainted this old metal sign, added a catchy fall phrase, glued a fall leaf and some different colored plastic pumpkins and came up with this sweet little addition.
Reusing things from around the house is a definite plus! I used a decorative small scale from my kitchen to showcase some of my fall pumpkins.
Adding height to any area is simple, and can be created by using old bottles and some spray paint. For this DIY I used cinnamon color spray paint by Rust oleum, jute around the neck of each bottle and added a small bush of fall foliage to complete the look.

Fall scents create ambiance in any room. While I have many fall scents that I love to keep on hand during the fall season; Spiced Pumpkin is by far my favorite and I never start decorating without the sweet smell of fall in the air.
